Course Description

Echo Hawaii presents the latest information on the utility of established and new ultrasound technologies and their clinical applications in a comprehensive manner. Expert U.S. and international faculty discuss the strengths and limitations of established and emerging technologies including diastology, contrast myocardial, 3D/4D, myocardial architecture assessment, adult congenital heart disease, and a special session for sonographers. Echo Hawaii hosts interactive events, such as a one-of-a-kind volleyball game that you have to see to believe. This course is designed for adult and pediatric cardiologists, cardiovascular surgeons, cardiovascular anesthesiologists, cardiac radiologists, fellows in training, cardiovascular sonographers, cardiovascular nurse specialists, and internists with special interest in clinical cardiology and echocardiography.

Cancellations
If you cancel your registration for this course, your registration fee, less a $100 administrative fee, will be refunded when written notification is received before Wednesday, January 5, 2011. No refunds will be made after Wednesday, January 5, 2011. No refunds will be given for no-shows. In the unlikely event the meeting/course is cancelled, ASE is responsible only for refund of the registration fee (minus any processing fee) and not for transportation, hotel accommodations or any miscellaneous expenses incurred by the participant.
