Public Presentation Acknowledgment

By submitting your application and participating in ASE’s Shark Tank, you acknowledge that this is a public forum. Your presentation may be attended by ASE members, the press, and other external stakeholders.

No Confidentiality Guarantee

ASE cannot and does not guarantee confidentiality. Do not share any proprietary, confidential, or sensitive information that you are not comfortable disclosing publicly.

Recording & Media Use

The ASE Shark Tank session may be recorded, photographed, or live-streamed. I agree to grant ASE audio/visual reproduction permission for my presentation(s), including a royalty-free perpetual license to record, copy, sell, and otherwise disseminate the work in any medium throughout the world. I agree to hold ASE harmless for reproducing and selling my presentation(s).

No Endorsement

Participation in the Shark Tank does not imply ASE endorsement of your company or product. ASE maintains neutrality and does not promote specific commercial interests.

Intellectual Property

Submitters are solely responsible for ensuring they have the rights to present the material and ideas contained in their application and pitch. ASE assumes no responsibility for IP protection or disputes.

Selection Process

Applications will be reviewed and selected at the discretion of ASE leadership. Submission does not guarantee participation.

Attendance

Applicants agree, if selected, to attend the ASE Scientific Sessions September 5-7, 2025, in Nashville, TN, to participate in the event on Saturday, September 6. Registration for up to 4 team members is free. Participants agree to pay their own expenses to attend the ASE Scientific Sessions. ASE will not cover any expenses associated with attending or presenting at this event.
