This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the American Society of Echocardiography and the American Society of Echocardiography Education and Research Foundation. The American Society of Echocardiography is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The American Society of Echocardiography designates this live activity for a maximum of 20.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn 20.50 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program.

This activity contributes to the CME requirement for Part II: Lifelong Learning and Self Assessment of the American Board of Anesthesiology’s (ABA) redesigned Maintenance of Certification in Anesthesiology Program® (MOCA®), known as MOCA 2.0®.

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 20.50 MOCA points in the ABA’s MOCA 2.0 program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is ASE’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC and ABA MOCA 2.0 points.
