ASE Member Database Upgrades to Enhance User Experience

ASE has been working for nearly a year to upgrade our current membership database to a new system that will feature enhancements like streamlined membership renewals and orders, an automatic renewal option, a more personalized member portal interface, as well as other improvements. To make the transition to the new platform on August 1st, we wanted to alert you that for a period of time between July 20 and July 29, portions of the ASE Member Portal,, and, will be down. Functions like renewing, registering for events, making donations, and ordering products will be disabled in the Member Portal. The New Member Online Application on the website will also be unavailable. July 30-31, the Member Portal will be completely unavailable as we transfer all the files to go live August 1.

You should still be able to do everything you need, but will access them in a different way. This webpage has details about how you can still accomplish everything you want during this 12 day upgrade period. We greatly appreciate your patience with us while we make this transition.
