What Can I Return?

To be eligible for a return, your ASE product(s) must be returned in the original condition that you received them. You may return physical ASE products purchased from MarketPlace, that remain in original condition, within 30 calendar days of delivery.

You cannot return products that offer CME if you have already claimed your CME.

I Received a Damaged Product

If your item(s) arrives damaged, please email images of the damaged item(s) to store@asecho.org. If it appears that the packaging has aided in the damage to the product, ASE requests that you file a claim with UPS (United States deliveries) or USPS (International or PO Box deliveries). Email your proof of filed claim to store@asecho.org, and ASE will provide you with a return label. If you are unsure which carrier to file the claim with, please also contact store@asecho.org.

Who Pays for Shipping?

For items returned due to a change of heart, ASE requires that you pay to return the item(s) to us. Upon the receipt of return to ASE Headquarters, ASE will refund the original order in full.

If a product is being returned due to damages upon receipt of delivery, ASE will provide a shipping label for return once the steps in I Received a Damaged Product has been completed.

 

How Do I Return a Product?

First, contact store@asecho.org, and describe in detail the reason for your request for refund. Upon approval from the ASE representative, simply mail the product(s) back to our headquarters in their original condition, and please include a copy of the original sales receipt and a short description of your reason for return.

If you do not have the original sales receipt, you can find a copy of it by logging into your Member/Nonmember Portal. Click here to login. On the home page, click “My Transactions” to view your receipts.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Your refund will be initiated upon receipt of your returned item(s). Please allow 3-5 business days to see the refund reflected onto your credit card.

ASE Headquarters – COVID-19 Update

Beginning March 26, 2020, in compliance with the Durham County North Carolina order to “Stay at Home” due to the spread of coronavirus, the entire ASE staff will be working remotely through April 30. We are not suspending or closing operations; our employees will remain working and providing excellent customer service to our members and the cardiovascular ultrasound community. However, ASE will slightly modify its official open hours to 9 AM – 4 PM Eastern TimeMonday-Friday. Should you need to get in touch with a staff person, call our main office at 919-861-5574 and a phone list by department will be available.
