The award will grant a one-year (12 months) scholarship of $75,000 USD to support a clinical or translational research fellow in advanced cardiovascular imaging. With the allocation of this support, young scholars will have protected time and the mentorship to pursue impactful research in cardiovascular ultrasound. This award was established to honor Dr. Pamela S. Douglas, ASE’s thirteenth President (2001-2003) and a true pioneer in the field of clinical research
