(This award is rotated with the Excellence in Teaching in Pediatrics Award and is presented every other year.)
Council on Pediatric and Congenital Heart Disease Founders’ Award recognizes continued major scholarly contribution to the field of pediatric echocardiography. This biennial award is presented during ASE’s Annual Scientific Sessions.
Criteria for the award include:
- An individual with documented lifelong exemplary contribution to the advancement of the field of Echocardiography in Pediatric and Congenital Heart Disease
This awardee is selected by the Council on Pediatric and Congenital Heart Disease. Members who have suggestions should share them with smorris@asecho.org for consideration by the Council by no later than September 15, 2025.
