ASE has secured a block of rooms at a discounted rate of $315 per night plus tax (based on single/double occupancy) at Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resort. Hotel reservations and Theme Park tickets can be booked online or by phone. The Echo Florida meeting will be held in the Convention Center located between the Yacht & Beach Club Resorts.
Please note: The ASE room block is only for Echo Florida attendees. Reservations without an accompanying Echo Florida registration are subject to being released. To avoid complications, please register for the conference then make hotel reservations.

We encourage you to book your hotel accommodations as soon as you register for the course. The room block is held until Friday, September 8, 2023, or until the block sells out. After this date, reservations are accepted on a space-available basis. A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each reservation.
