Course Cancellation Policy

ASE hopes that everyone who registers for the course will be able to attend. However, we understand that extenuating circumstances do occur. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Registrar@ASEcho.org. ASE’s Cancellation and Refund Policy is as follows:

  • Cancellation requests received on or before August 30, 2023, will receive a full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations received between August 31, 2023, and October 6, 2023, will receive a refund of 50% of their registration fee.
  • Cancellations received on or after October 7, 2023, or no-shows will not be refunded.

Registration fees for any ASE course are non-transferable to another participant or another course. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued back to the original payment method (if your payment is older than 120 days, a check will be issued back to you). In the unlikely event ASE cancels an in-person course, ASE is responsible only for a refund of the registration fee and not for any additional expenses incurred by the participant, including transportation, hotel accommodations, or any other miscellaneous expenses. We are unable to offer refunds for membership dues nor transfer the purchased membership if you cancel your registration.
