Family and friends are welcome to join you at Disney and the Resort.  As a reminder, Echo Florida meeting and meal functions are for registered attendees only.  We ask that you register for the conference before booking a room reservation.  If you book multiple rooms, please use the attendee’s name on each reservation to avoid confusion. Reservations without an accompanying conference registration are subject to being released.

Are meals included in the registration fee?

ASE will provide breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks for all registered attendees of the main conference Saturday through Monday in the Yacht & Beach Club Resort Convention Center. All other meals are on your own. Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resorts and surrounding parks offer guests various dining options. Click here for more dining options.

How many CME credits are available?

ASE designates this live course for a maximum of 23.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. Successful completion of this CME activity enables the participant to earn up to 23.50 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program and/or The American Board of Anesthesiology® (ABA) Maintenance of Certification in Anesthesiology Program® or MOCA®. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is ASE’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABA MOCA and/or ABIM MOC points.

How can I claim CME credits?

Instructions to claim CME credits will be available in the final program.

The evaluation will include the opportunity to provide your registry board information to allow ASE to submit your credits or points on your behalf. ASE submits credits/points to ABIM, ABA, ABP, ARDMS and CCI on behalf of the learner. Credits for Echo Florida will be sent to these boards on November 18, 2023. At this time, your CME/MOC Certificate will be uploaded to your ASE Learning Hub account. Instructions for accessing your ASE Learning Hub account will be included in the email.

What is the Echo Florida Course Cancellation Policy?

ASE hopes that everyone who registers for the course will be able to attend. However, we understand extenuating circumstances do occur. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Registrar@ASEcho.org. ASE’s Cancellation and Refund Policy is the following:

  • Cancellation requests received on or before August 30, 2023, will receive a full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations received between August 31, 2023 and October 6, 2023 will receive a refund of 50% of their registration fee.
  • Cancellations received on or after October 7, 2023, or no-shows, will not be refunded.

Registration fees for any ASE course are non-transferable to another participant or another course. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued back to the original payment method (if your payment is older than 120 days, a check will be issued back to you). In the unlikely event ASE cancels an in-person course, ASE is responsible only for a refund of the registration fee and not for any additional expenses incurred by the participant, including transportation, hotel accommodations, or any other miscellaneous expenses. We are unable to offer refunds for membership dues nor transfer the purchased membership if you cancel your registration.

What is the deadline to register?

Early registration rates will expire on August 30, 2023. Register before this date to save $100. Onsite registration will only be available if space permits and the price will increase by an additional $125. Registration will close completely on October 9, 2023. Click here to register.
