Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
ASE has secured a block of rooms for attendees at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa at a discounted rate of $345 USD per night plus tax (based on single/double occupancy).
Hotel reservations can be booked online or by phone at 407-939-4686. Agents are available Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM ET, and over the weekend from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM ET. Please specify that you are with the “American Society of Echocardiography” to secure the group rate.
We encourage you to book your hotel accommodations as soon as you register for the course. The room block is held until Wednesday, September 16, 2026, or until the block sells out. After this date, reservations are accepted on a space-available basis.
A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each reservation. Deposits will be forfeited for any cancellations occurring five (5) working days or less prior to arrival. More information about the property can be found here.

Please note: The ASE room block is for Echo Florida attendees only. Reservations without an accompanying Echo Florida registration are subject to being released. To avoid complications, please register for the conference and then make hotel reservations. Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is the only official housing partner for Echo Florida. Neither ASE nor Disney will call you to solicit hotel reservations. If you are contacted by another hotel, travel agency, or hotel reservation company offering to make your hotel reservations for Echo Florida, we strongly urge you not to use their services and immediately report them to ASE. These agencies typically offer rooms at higher rates that are non-refundable and/or carry a significant cancellation penalty.

Special Theme Park ticket options are available for meeting attendees. You must purchase online or call 407-939-4686 to receive these special Theme Park tickets. If you plan on visiting a Theme Park, please be aware that to enter a park, both a park reservation and valid admission for the same park on the same date are required for all guests ages 3 and up.
