ASE hopes that everyone who registers for the course will be able to attend. However, we understand extenuating circumstances do occur. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
Cancellation requests received on or before December 3, 2026, will receive a full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee.
Cancellations received between December 4, 2026, and January 17, 2027, will receive a 50% refund of their registration fee.
Cancellations received on or after January 18, 2027, and no-shows will not be refunded.
Registration fees for any ASE course are not transferable to another participant or another course. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method (if your payment is more than 180 days old, any refund due will be issued by check). In the unlikely event that ASE cancels the in-person course, ASE is responsible for refunding the registration fee only. Other expenses incurred by the participant, including airfare, hotel accommodations, or miscellaneous expenses, are the responsibility of the registrant.
Membership dues, whether purchased with course registration or separately, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
