Hotel Accommodations
ASE has secured discounted room rates for attendees at our conference hotel, the Fairmont Orchid. The group rates start at $399, plus taxes and fees, and will be honored until Wednesday, December 24, 2025, or until the block is sold out.

To reserve your hotel accommodation by phone, contact Fairmont Orchid Reservations Department at 808-885-2000 or their Global Reservations Centre at 1-800-441-1414. Specify that you are with the "American Society of Echocardiography" to secure the group room rate.
A deposit of two nights' room and tax will be charged at the time of reservation. Please cancel at least 23 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund. For reservations cancelled within 23 days prior to arrival, individuals will be responsible for all nights reserved.

Please note: The ASE room block is only for Echo Hawaii attendees. Reservations without an accompanying Echo Hawaii registration are subject to being released. Please register for the conference and then make hotel reservations to avoid complications. The Fairmont Orchid is the only official housing partner for Echo Hawaii. Neither ASE nor the Fairmont will call you to solicit hotel reservations. If you are contacted by another hotel, travel agency, or hotel reservation company offering to make your hotel reservations for Echo Hawaii, we strongly urge you not to use their services and immediately report them to ASE. These agencies typically offer rooms at higher rates that are non-refundable and/or carry a significant cancellation penalty.
