ASE has secured a block of rooms at a discounted rate for attendees at the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center.

The discounted group rate, $254 per night plus resort fees ($23.00), destination fees ($8.35) and taxes ($36.38) for a nightly rate of $321.73 (based on single/double occupancy), will be honored until June 2, 2026, or until the room block sells out.

To reserve your hotel accommodations by phone, contact the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center at 888-840-3143. Specify that you are with the “American Society of Echocardiography” to secure the group room rate. Reserve your hotel accommodations while registering for the conference to ensure availability.

The Resort Fee, included in the overall nightly rate, covers several in-room amenities including:

• High-speed internet access in guest rooms
• Complimentary use of the basketball and tennis courts
• Local, toll-free, and domestic long-distance phone calls
• Complimentary use of hotel bicycles
• Complimentary ski equipment storage
• Two bottles of purified water
• Scheduled shuttle service from the commuter rail stop
• Complimentary access to on-property water amenities
