*One-day Registration allows access to Scientific Sessions for one day only and includes CME credits for the day of attendance. This registration type does not include access to on-demand content. Multiple One-day registrations cannot be purchased.
**Guest registration is available for those attending with a fully registered attendee. The guest ticket includes admittance to the President’s Reception, Welcome Reception, Echo Exhibit, and Poster Hall. However, it is not eligible for CME/CEU and does not include access to on-demand content, or admission to the Faculty, and Young Investigator reception.
Discounts
Residents of Colorado can receive 10%* off full in-person conference registration. If you are a resident of Colorado and would like to participate in ASE 2026 Scientific Sessions, please email [email protected].

Active or retired U.S. Military: ASE honors all active and veteran military attendees! If you have served in the U.S. military and would like to participate in ASE 2026 Scientific Sessions, please email [email protected] to receive a discount code for the registration fee. Please include a copy of your active or retired military ID or DD214 form and omit any personal information from the submitted document, such as your social security number.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for
ASE 2026 Scientific Sessions
ASE hopes that everyone who registers for the conference will be able to attend. However, we understand extenuating circumstances do occur. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
Cancellation requests received on or before May 26, 2026, will receive a full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee.
Cancellations received between May 27, 2026, and June 25, 2026, will receive a refund of 50% of their registration fee.
Cancellations received on or after June 26, 2026, and no-shows will not be refunded.
Registration fees for any ASE course are non-transferable to another participant or another course. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method (if your payment is older than 180 days, a check will be issued). In the unlikely event that ASE cancels the in-person course, ASE is responsible only for refunding the registration fee, not any other costs incurred by the participant, including transportation, hotel accommodations, or other miscellaneous expenses.
Membership dues, whether purchased with course registration or separately, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
