2025 Shark Tank Competitors & Winner
Held during ASE’s 2025 Scientific Sessions in Nashville, Tenn., the inaugural Shark Tank Innovation Competition showcased emerging technologies in cardiovascular ultrasound aimed at addressing real-world clinical challenges. The competition featured three finalists: Microvascular Therapeutics, Sonus Microsystems, and Echo IQ.
The winning prize went to Echo IQ, the innovators behind EchoSolv, an FDA-cleared clinical decision support tool that transforms the detection of structural heart disease.
Powered by Echo IQ’s proprietary AI platform, EchoSolv analyzes echocardiographic data to identify at-risk patients with 98.5% accuracy in under 3 seconds. Although the audience preferred Microvascular Therapeutics (MVT) and voted them as their favorite, the Shark Tank judges selected Echo IQ for its promising combination of a breakthrough technology with a sustainable business model.
