We will discuss how to implement this career ladder within your facility to support career progression and discuss strategies for skill development to help you advance. Other topics will include the importance of networking and mentorship, enhancing adaptability in the workplace, focusing on career growth planning, goal setting, self-awareness, and boosting both professional confidence and leadership skills.
