This webinar will provide a comprehensive introduction to the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in echocardiography. Participants will first gain a foundational understanding of core AI concepts, including the principles of machine learning and deep learning, as well as key model types such as convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and large language models (LLMs). Building on this foundation, the course will explore current and emerging applications of AI in echocardiography, highlighting how these technologies are enhancing diagnostic accuracy, improving workflow efficiency, and supporting clinical decision-making. Finally, the course will address the real-world challenges, risks, and limitations associated with integrating AI into clinical echo practice, equipping participants with a balanced perspective on the capabilities and constraints of these tools in a healthcare setting.
