Charge(s):
• Work with the Chair/Treasurer to create and approve an annual budget to meet society’s needs and financial aims.
• Implement a multi-year budget plan for appropriate activities.
• Monitor long-term financial health of society.
• Oversee ASE investments and financial strategies.
• Evaluate and recommend, in concert with the Membership Committee, updates to dues structure for increased financial health of the organization as needed.
