How to Claim CME

Need to Claim CME? Use these directions below to claim your CME today.
ASE Members:
  1. Go to and log on to the Member Portal with your username (email) and password.
    1. If you forget your password, simply click “Forgot Password” under the login.
  2. Click on Education and then ASEUniversity (This will take you directly to your ASEUniversity member profile).

  2. Log into your existing account using the red Log In button on the top right or create a new account.
 Claiming Credit:
  1. Select the “Add Access Code” option from the left navigation bar and select “Click here to redeem it“.
  2. Enter the code “XXX” and click the “Redeem Code” button. (The code for ASE 2018 is 29thASE and for Echo Alaska is ALASKA2018.)
  3. Verify your registration information. Be sure to use the same information that you used to register for the event. Click “Verify“.
  4. Once verified, click the “CE Information” tab and “Take Exam” to claim your CME credit. CME credits are not earned until the entire evaluation has been completed.
  5. Remember to enter your ABIM, ABA, ABP, ARDMS and/or CCI number and birth date if you choose to have credits for this course transferred to the corresponding medical organization. There is a space for this information on the first page of the evaluation.
  6. Once you have completed the evaluation, your certificate will be available for immediate download and can also be found under “My Account” in “My Transcripts“.

Beginning March 26, 2020, in compliance with the Durham County North Carolina order to “Stay at Home” due to the spread of coronavirus, the entire ASE staff will be working remotely through April 30.
