2027 ASE Award Nominations Open

ASE supports the cardiovascular ultrasound community through recognition of outstanding service, research, and training. A benefit of ASE membership is the ability to nominate worthy individuals for prestigious ASE Awards. You are encouraged to nominate a fellow ASE member who exemplifies the qualities worthy of recognition for the awards listed below. Email the ASE Awards Committee to nominate a friend, colleague, peer, or mentor.

ASE AWARDS
Submit nominations to the ASE Awards Committee by September 30, 2026.

1. Mentorship Award
2. Richard Popp Excellence in Teaching Award
3. Cardiovascular Sonographer Distinguished Teacher Award
4. Excellence in Teaching in Pediatrics Award

ASE COUNCIL AWARDS
Council Awards are selected by ASE Councils, but ASE members can submit nomination suggestions to the ASE Council Steering Committees by September 1, 2026.

1. Outstanding Achievement in Perioperative Echocardiography Award

Additionally, two awards will be selected by the ASE President, the Physician Lifetime Achievement Award and the Meritorious Service Award. To suggest someone for one of these awards, please email [email protected]. Selected honorees will be celebrated throughout the upcoming year—including at the ASE 2027 Scientific Sessions at the Tampa Convention Center in Tampa, Florida.
