ASE Submits Comments on CY 2026 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule Proposed Rule 

On September 12, ASE submitted comments to CMS on the CY 2026 Physician Fee Schedule proposed rule. ASE’s focused its comments on the conversion factor updates, the proposed –2.5% efficiency adjustment for non-time based services, revisions to the practice expense methodology for facility-based services, changes to the G2211 code, and telehealth expansion. Additionally, ASE provided comments on the AI and machine learning RFI.
