On June 6, ASE signed onto a letter with more than 30 other physician organizations urging Senate leaders to improve the House-passed reconciliation bill by addressing Medicare physician payment cuts, protecting federal student loan access for medical students, and preventing Medicaid coverage losses that could harm patient care and worsen physician shortages.
