On January 27, ASE with the Alliance of Specialty Medicine in comments to the CMS on the Calendar Year 2026 Policy and Technical Changes to the Medicare Advantage and Medicare Prescription Drug Benefit Programs Proposed Rule. This comment letter addressed equitable access to Medicare Advantage plans and confirms oversight policies on artificial intelligence. The letter also supports an electric prior authorization process, and advocates for broader access to specialty care.
