ASE Joins Comments on the CY 2026 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule Proposed Rule

On September 5, ASE joined the Alliance of Specialty Medicine in comments to CMS on the CY 2026 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule. In coalition with 15 other specialty medical societies, the alliance’s letter included comments on the conversion factor, the proposed efficiency adjustment, practice expense methodology proposals, a correction to the G2211 code, improving global surgery payment accuracy, telehealth, and Medicare quality incentive programs.
