ASE Sends a Letter of Support for the Medicare Patient Access and Practice Stabilization Act

On February 5, ASE sent a letter to House sponsors of the Medicare Patient Access and Practice Stabilization Act (H.R. 879) expressing the Society’s support. This legislation would eliminate the 2.83% Medicare Physician Fee Schedule cut and provide an inflationary update for calendar year 2025, starting on April 1.
