On October 29, Reps. Greg Murphy, M.D. (R-NC), and Jimmy Panetta (D-CA) introduced the Medicare Patient Access and Practice Stabilization Act, which will eliminate the upcoming conversion factor reduction and provide a ½ MEI update for 2025.
