The ASE Room Block at the Westin Kierland is sold out. The AC Hotel by Marriott Scottsdale North is about a five minute walk to the Westin. The room rate on their website is $375 and up. ASE does not have a block of rooms at the AC Hotel, this is just a suggestion.
ASE has secured a block of discounted rooms at the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa. The room block is designated for conference attendees only. Reservations without an accompanying conference registration are subject to being released. To avoid complications, please first register for the conference. Then, make your hotel room reservation(s) and if you book multiple rooms, please use the attendee’s name for each reservation to avoid confusion.

There is also a $30/night plus tax resort fee that includes amenities such unlimited Wi-Fi, access to Agave, the Arizona spa facilities, run concierge and boot camp, yoga, and wellness walk classes, complimentary two-hour bike rental per day, tennis, pickleball, and basketball court privileges, and more.
Deposits and Cancellations
A deposit equal to one night’s stay (room and tax) is required to hold each reservation. Deposits will be refunded for any cancellations made twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival date. For any reservations cancelled within 21 days prior to arrival, individuals will be responsible for 100% of room revenue.
