Registration cancellations received before May 1, 2018 will receive a refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received between May 2, 2018 and June 21, 2018 will receive a refund minus $200 (cruise deposit and administrative fee). No refunds will be made after June 21, 2018. Please refer to Princess Cruises for cruise cancellation policies. Registration for any ASE course is non-transferable to another participant or another course. In the event that an individual is unable to attend the conference due to inclement weather or chooses not to attend due to health epidemic, ASE is unable to refund the conference fee. In the unlikely event the course is cancelled, ASE is responsible only for the refund of the registration fee, minus the administrative fee, and not for transportation, cruise accommodations or any miscellaneous expenses incurred by the participant.
