Rules and Directions for the 2021 Image Calendar Competition

ASE is excited to announce that the Image Calendar Competition is back for 2021! The image competition winners will be featured in a colorful, 12-month calendar given to all members who renew by December 31, 2020. We encourage everyone to submit images as soon as possible!

Submission opens June 19, 2020 at ASE 2020. Submission will close Monday, August 10 to allow voting to being on August 12. Voting closes Friday, September 11.

To upload your images, head to the ASE 2021 Calendar Contest Library on Connect@ASE:

  1. Login to Connect@ASE using your username (email address) and password.
  2. Using the top navigation, scroll to Libraries.
  3. Click on Image Library
  4. Click on the folder called ASE 2020 Calendar Contest.
  5. Click “new” under Folder Contents on the right hand side of the menu and upload your image. Image files need to be no larger than 30 MB.
  6. You are able to upload as many images as you would like.

To vote for your favorite echo images:

  1. Browse the images uploaded in the ASE 2020 Calendar Contest Image Library.
  2. Under the “Statistics” on the right, select “Actions,” then select “Add to Favorites”
  3. Designate “Favorite” for as many images as you’d like.

ASE Headquarters – COVID-19 Update

Beginning March 26, 2020, in compliance with the Durham County North Carolina order to “Stay at Home” due to the spread of coronavirus, the entire ASE staff will be working remotely through April 30. We are not suspending or closing operations; our employees will remain working and providing excellent customer service to our members and the cardiovascular ultrasound community. However, ASE will slightly modify its official open hours to 9 AM – 4 PM Eastern TimeMonday-Friday. Should you need to get in touch with a staff person, call our main office at 919-861-5574 and a phone list by department will be available.
