How do I access the content for the Advanced Echo: Virtual Experience?  

PLATFORM LOG IN INSTRUCTIONS (Registration is required to access content) 

    1. Click here to log in. Enter your username (email used to register for the course) and password. If you forget your password, simply click “Forgot Password.”
    2. Select the blue rectangular button that says “Go to your Learning Center” option from the ASE Learning Hub home screen. 
    3. You will see course: Advanced Echo: Virtual Experience On-Demand under the Current tab on the left side of the screen. 

Which web browser should I use to access my content?

We strongly recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Internet Explorer is NOT recommended and may cause problems. If you are using Apple Safari browser, you will need to turn off the cross-site tracking feature. Here’s how to do this:

Open Safari, then click Safari > Preferences in the menu bar. Uncheck the top option, “Prevent crosssite tracking,” and you’re done.

What are the system requirements to access Advanced Echo: Virtual Experience?

All you will need is your computer and a stable and reliable internet connection. This is essentially no different to watching a video on YouTube. If you can watch YouTube, then you will be able to stream on the website with no problems. We strongly recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. How long will I have access to the content? 

All the presentations, including the live Q&A and the interactive breakouts, have been recorded and are available to all registered attendees. Access to the content will be available in the ASE Learning Hub until April 27, 2021.  

Are PDFs available to download of the faculty presentations?

Yes. When you are in the Advanced Echo: Virtual Experience virtual platform, you will see a “Resources” tab on the navigation bar. All faculty presentations received to date are included in this section. You can also download the PDFs by clicking “View Details” under each session header, then scrolling to the bottom where it says “Resources.”

Will I be able to claim CME and MOC for participating in this virtual experience?

ASE is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.  ASE designates this activity for a maximum of 11 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits. Successful completion of this CME activity enables the participant to earn up to 11 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity.

The CME Evaluation will be available beginning Sunday, February 28 at 4:30 PM ET. It will be loaded into your profile on the ASE Learning Hub. You will only be able to complete the CME Evaluation one time. If you have specific CME questions, please fill out a Help Desk ticket here.

Can I still register for Advanced Echo: Virtual Experience?

Registration will close at 11:59 PM ET on Monday, April 19, 2021. The earlier you register the longer you have access to the course content. For example, if you register on April 19, you will only have access to the content for nine days. Click here for more information to register.

What if I want to cancel my registration?

If you wish to cancel your participation in the Advanced Echo: Virtual Experience, your registration fee will be fully refunded when written notification is received by February 27, 2021. After that date, if you need to cancel your registration, please email with the reason why you need to cancel. If you have accessed the content that is available on February 27, we will be unable to refund your registration fee. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used within 5-7 business days. Registration for any ASE course is non-transferable to another participant or another course. *Membership dues are non-refundable or transferable if you cancel your Advanced Echo: Virtual Experience registration.
